Gibier in Kushimoto

Gibier means bushmeat in French.

My hometown is a very rural area, so we sometimes can see deers, boars.

We can have  those animals as gibier at some restaurants in my hometown.

The left one is a Korokke, which is like a Japanese croquette based boar.

The right one is a sausage made with deer.
